摘要
对覆膜砂选择性激光烧结的精度进行了分析,重点讨论激光功率、铺粉厚度、搭接间距、预热温度和扫描速度对成形件精度的影响;通过L16的正交试验,对试验结果降噪和均值计算,得到各因素对精度影响的权重并得出最优工艺组合,为进一步提高覆膜砂激光烧结件的精度奠定了基础。
The accuracy of resin coated sand for selective laser sintering was analyzed, focusing on laser power, powder spreading thickness, scanning distance, preheating temperature and scanning speed which can affect the precision of molded parts. The weights of various factors on the accuracy and the best combination of technology through the denoised and averaged results from L16 orthogonal test was obtained, which can lay the foundation for improving the precision of coated sand laser sintered parts.
