摘要
分析了烧结过程中的工艺参数、预固化及成形后固化处理等关键工序对快速成形工艺制芯精度的影响。并根据某缸盖#5砂芯尺寸大小、厚薄和形状的复杂程度,以及材料的特性,选择合适的激光功率和扫描速度、预热温度、分层方向、分层厚度、扫描间距和扫描方向等工艺参数,最终使试制的砂芯在允许的尺寸偏差内,实现了成套砂型装配,并浇注出合格的铸件。
The influence of sintering process parameters,pre-solidifying and solidifying after prototyping on core-making accuracy was analyzed.According to dimensions,wall thickness shape complexity and material specialities of #5 core of some cylinder head the process parameters such as the proper laser power,scan speed,preheating temperature,layer-dividing direction,layer-dividing thickness,scan space and scan direction,etc.were chosen and thereby it was finally realized that the dimension deviation of the trial-made sand core was kept in the allowable range,the whole set cores molding-assembling was realized and qualified casting was produced.
