摘要
目的探讨免疫毒素设计的新思路以及制备方法。方法通过分析传统免疫毒素的结构,总结免疫毒素的研究进展,以及本课题组的实验探究等方法来进行免疫毒素的设计与制备。结果免疫毒素可通过多种方法来进行优化设计,常用的制备方法有化学偶联法及基因工程融合法。结论免疫毒素作为恶性肿瘤的靶向治疗已取得一定的发展,因此对免疫毒素进行优化设计显现出极大的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE To explore new designing approaches and preparation methods of immunotoxins.METHODS To study the design and preparation methods by analysing the traditional structure of the immunotoxins,summarizing the research development of immunotoxins ,as well as our own experiment studying.RESULTS Immunotoxins can be optimal designed by various methods which include the chemical coupling method and genetic engineering fusion.CONCLUSION Immunotoxins as a new targeted drug for cancer therapy has made a certain development.The optimal design of immunotoxins displays large application perspective.
