摘要
目的:探究桔梗皂苷对烟雾致矽肺患者血清白介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:选取我院呼吸科2012年6月到2013年6月收治的68例男性矽肺患者,并将其随机分为2组。对照组34例,给于矽肺宁片4片/次,3次/d,口服;氨茶碱片0.1 g/次,3次/d,口服;必漱平片16 mg/次,3次/d,口服;舒喘灵片4.8 mg/次,3次/d,口服;疗程24周。实验组34例,在常规治疗的基础上应用加用桔梗皂苷胶囊10 g/次,3次/d,口服;疗程24周。治疗结束后,检测和比较治疗前后两组患者SaO2、PaO2、Pa CO2、血清IL-8和TNF-α的变化情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的SaO2、PaO2、Pa CO2水平均得到改善,实验组以上指标较改善更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的IL-8和TNF-α水平均较治疗前显著下降,且实验组IL-8和TNF-α水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桔梗皂苷辅助治疗能够显著改善烟雾致矽肺患者的呼吸功能,降低血清IL-8和TNF-α含量。
Objective： To study the effect of platycodin on the serum IL-8 and TNF- alpha levels of patients with smoke induced silicosis. Methods： 68 male patients with smoke induced silicosis admitted in the Department of respiration in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. 34 patients in the control group were given Xi Feining tablet 4 tablets each time, 3 times/d, oral; AminophyUine Tablet 0.1 g/time, 3 times/d, oral; bromhexine hydrochloride tablet 16mg/time, 3 times/d, oral; salbutamol tablet 4.8 rag/time, 3 times/d, oral, the treatment cycle was 24 weeks. While 34 cases in the experimental group were treated by platycodin capsules 10g/times on the basis of conventional therapy, 3/d, the treatment cycle was 24 weeks. After treatment, the SaO2, PaO2, PaCO2 and serum levels of IL-8 and TNF- alpha of two groups were detected and compared before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the SaO2, PaO2, PaCO2 levels in serum were significantly improved in both groups than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the index mentioned above were improved more significantly in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0. 05）. After treatment, the IL-8 and TNFlevels in serum of both groups were significantly decreased, which were both lower in the experi- mental group than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Platycodin could significantly improve the respiratory function of pa- tients with smoke induced silicosis, decrease the serum IL-8 and TNF- alpha levels.
