摘要
针对民营集团企业在"互联网+"时代信息化建设面临的问题,本文以W集团公司为研究对象,对其信息化建设历程进行了详细分析,总结了其信息化建设过程中遇到的困难和解决方案,以此给出了民营集团企业信息化建设一般经验:遵循企业信息化阶段特征规律,遵循企业信息化项目的基本步骤,做好信息化建设的各项保障工作等。
For the problem that of private Group Company in ＂internet＋＂ era,W Group Company was taken as the research object in this paper,its construction of informatization was analyzed detailed.Difficulties and solutions in informatization process were summarized,thus,general experience of informatization construction about private Group Company was proposed：follow the characteristics of enterprise informatization,follow the basic steps of enterprise informatization project,to do the safeguard work of informatization construction.
