摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务中护士绩效考核的最佳方法。方法将绩效考核分为三部分,一是建立在护士分层管理基础上的能级对应考核,另一部分是包括专业技能、服务质量、护理质量、规章制度的落实、护理创新等指标的综合考核,考核与护士的绩效奖金挂钩。观察实施此方案前后护士对绩效考核方案的满意度及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果方案实施后护士对绩效考核方案的满意度及患者对护理服务的满意度与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论能级对应与量化考核相结合的绩效考核方案对护士起到正性的激励作用,有利于各层级护士的健康成长,有利于护理质量和护理服务满意度的提高。
ObjectiveTo explore the best method of performance evaluation of the nurses in high quality nursing service.Methods The performance assessment is divided into three parts, one is based on the level of nurse hierarchical management assessment, and the other part is the implementation of professional skils, quality of service, quality of care, rules and regulations, nursing innovation and other indicators of comprehensive assessment, assessment and performance of the nurse&#39;s performance bonus.
