摘要
地方高校工科专业实践教学的协同创新有助于消除现今实践教学存在滞后性、简单性和表层性的弊端。实践教学的协同要素主要包含政府的政策导向、企业支撑和高校的系统培养;其价值在于能够培养集高大上与接地气于一体、集专业理论素养与工程实践能力于一体、集理论继承与实践创新于一体的高素质工科人才;其集中体现为政府、企业和地方高校目标协同、政策互补、实践教学范式创新的机理;要素协同、资源互补、工程能力培养创新的机理;路径协同、优势互补、人才培养创新的机理。
The collaborative innovation for engineering profession practical teaching in local university is helpful to eliminate drawbacks in present practical teaching such as time lag, simplicity and superficiality. The collaborative elements in practice teaching include government policy guidance, enterprise supporting and university systematic cultivation. The value in practice teaching is cultivating high quality engineering talents which have both theoretical attainment and engineering practical ability, theoretical inheritance and practical innovation. The intensive reflection in present practical has three mechanisms: the mechanism of aim cooperation, policy eomplementary and paradigm innovation of practice teaching among government, enterprise and local university; the mechanism of element collaboration, resource complementary and engineering capacity cultivating innovation; the mechanism of path collaboration, complementary advantage and cultivating talent innovation.
