摘要
实习是工科学生获得直接的、真实的工程经验有效途径之一,也是提高教育教学质量的重要保证。在我国工科本科生实习困难重重的当下,我们亟需了解国外的学生实习活动是如何开展的。本文以美国学生实习的运转机制为研究对象,评析了学生、学校、企业、政府和中介组织等学生实习的五个主要利益相关者,其角色如何定位,责任何在及如何履行,彼此之间如何相互依赖和制约,最终形成一个利益耦合、有效运作、边界开放、自我完善的学生实习社会大系统的过程。
Internship program is not only an effective way for engineering students to obtain direct and real engineering practice, but also an important guarantee of improving education quality. It is in urgent need for us to know how the internship programs in foreign countries are carried out since we are con fronted with extraordinary difficulties in internship programs for engineering undergraduates, Taking the operation mechanism of American students' internship program as the research objective, this paper comments on the five stakeholders: student, university, enterprise, government and intermediary organizations on how their different roles are oriented and their responsibilities are carried out; how they are interdependent and constrained to finally form a huge social system for studentst internship program which is interestscoupling, effectively operating, boundary-open and self perfect.
