摘要
通过三相分离器运行参数中的来液温度、药剂浓度、来液压力三因素对三相分离器原油处理效果的影响规律进行分析,并用正交试验法从来液温度、药剂浓度、来液压力三个方面进行了三因素、三水平分析,提出三项分离器运行参数的优化措施,优化后经实际验证,大大增强了三相分离器的原油处理效果。
The separation effect of three-phase separator was analyzed by the operation parameters of liquid temperature, drug concentration , pressure three aspects, then the separation effect was analyzed by the orthogonal test method from the above three factors, and the optimized value of the operation parameters of the separator was put forward. The practical operation verified that the crude oil processing effect of the separator was improved greatly.
