摘要
目的探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症与急性脑梗死患者载脂蛋白(a)水平相关性。方法选取101例急性脑梗死患者作为试验组,选取同期体检的非脑梗死101例作为对照组,对比分析2组间同型半胱氨酸和载脂蛋白(a)的差异及其两者之间的相关性。结果试验组同型半胱氨酸水平[(18.62±10.11)μmol/L]显著高于对照组[(12.01±2.92)μmol/L](P<0.01)。试验组载脂蛋白(a)水平[(1.18±0.19)g/L]显著低于对照组[(1.35±0.15)g/L](P<0.01)。同型半胱氨酸水平与载脂蛋白(a)水平呈负相关(r=-0.402,P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死与同型半胱氨酸升高和载脂蛋白(a)下降密切相关,同时同型半胱氨酸的上升与载脂蛋白(a)水平密切相关,两者联合检测对预后效果观测具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the correlation of hyperhomocysteinemia and apolipoprotein (a) level in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and one cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were selected as experimental group, and 101 cases of hospital physical examination without cerebral infarction were selected as control group. The correlation of homocysteine and apolipoprotein (a) between two groups were compared.Results The homocysteine level in experimental group (18.62± 10.11) μmol/L was significantly higher than that in control group (12.01±2.92) μmol/L(P〈0.01).But the apolipoprotein (a) level in experimental group (1.18±0.19) g/L was significantly lower than that in control group (1.35± 0.15) g/L (P〈 0.01). Homocysteine and apolipoprotein (a) showed negative correlation (r = 0.402, P〈 0.05). Conclusion Acute cerebral infarction is closely related to the higher homocysteine and lower apolipoprotein (a).At the same time,the rise of homocysteine is closely related to the level of apolipoprotein (a) and the joint detection has great significance to the prognosis for the disease.
