摘要
目的:观察化痰通络方治疗急性脑梗死(痰瘀闭阻证)的临床疗效及其对血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法:将73例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例在常规治疗基础上加用化痰通络方治疗,对照组38例采用常规治疗,疗程均为30d;比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后血浆Hcy水平。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),Hcy水平降低程度亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通络方治疗急性脑梗死(痰瘀闭阻证)疗效明显,且能明显降低血浆Hcy水平。
objective： observation on acute cerebral infarction（Phlegm and blood stasis of bi syndrome） treated by Huatan Tongluo Recipe and its clinical therapeutic effect on plasma homocysteine（Hcy） levels of influence. Methods： 73 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients randomly divided into two groups, in treatment of 35 cases on the basis of the treatment group and treated by Huatan Tongluo, controlled with conventional therapy for 38 cases, course of treatment was 30 days; compared the clinical officacy and Hcy level between the two groups. Results： Treatment group clinical efficacy significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）, Hcy level lower levels than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huatan Tongluo Recipe in treating acute cerebral infarction（Phlegm and blood stasis of bi syndrome） effect obvious, and can significantly reduce serum Hcy level.
