PET/CT在前列腺癌放射治疗中的应用探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨前列腺癌患者在放射治疗中PETCT的应用情况及价值。材料与方法:通过对本院收治的120例前列腺癌患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组用PET/CT手段来观察靶区体积以及确定放疗剂量;对照组采用普通CT方式来观察靶区体积及确定放疗剂量;将两组患者的病灶发现情况和诊断敏感率进行对比研究。结果:PET/CT法在病灶诊断和发现上还有敏感率上都高于常规CT手段。(二者差异具有统计学意义)结论:PET/CT在前列腺癌患者放疗治疗过程中具有良好的效果,但是仍然需要更加科学的标准来帮助对病情的诊断和治疗。
