摘要
国务院《关于积极推进"互联网+"行动的指导意见》明确了推进"互联网+"的11个重点行动领域。正处于供大于求格局的煤炭产业,通过实践"智慧能源",利用"互联网+"战略实现产业换代升级,是关系到煤炭产业甚至国家能源长期战略的重大问题。通过考察"互联网+"的内涵,分析"互联网+"煤炭行业的意义和瓶颈,提出煤炭互联网的发展思路:清理阻碍不合理制度政策;搭建煤炭"互联网+"开放共享平台;整合煤炭供应链;推动制定煤炭行业云计算、大数据发展战略。
《Instructional Views on Active Promotion of ＂Internet ＋＂ Action》 was clearly to promote ＂internet ＋＂ and the coal industry is in a situation with a supply higher than demand. With the practices on ＂intelligent energy＂, the utilization of ＂Internet ＋＂ to realize the industry upgrading would be an important issue related to the coal industry and to the national energy long term strategy. With the investigation ＂Internet ＋＂ connotation, the paper analyzed the significances and bottleneck of the ＂Internet ＋＂ coal industry and provided the development idea of the coal internet to clean the irrational system and policy, to establish a ＂Internet ＋＂ open joint sharing platform, to integrate the coal supply chain and to promote and set up the cloud computation and large data development strategy of the coal industry.
