摘要
在分析第四方物流三种基本模式的基础上,对煤炭行业物流企业开展第四方物流业务的基本方向进行了探讨,并对其面临的常见风险进行分析,提出了相关的应对措施,从而推动煤炭行业供应链发展。
Based on the analysis on the three basic modes of the fourth party logistics, the paper discussed the basic orientation of the fourth party logistics business conducted in the coal logistics enterprises. An analysis was conducted on the conventional risks faced and the countermeasures were provided in order to promote the supply chain development of the coal industry.
