摘要
第四方物流发展前景诱人,很多企业进入第四方物流行业,但是对第四方物流企业发展的风险管理研究还很少见。发展第四方物流的企业需要分析评估了运作第四方物流的风险后,建立企业的风险管理体系以保障企业有效的规避运作风险。针对运作第四方物流企业的主要风险提出相应的方法,帮助企业提高自身业务能力、组织管理能力和盈利能力,为企业的成功运营提供理论支持。
The prospective of fourth party logistics is attractive,lots of enterprises is being running this business.The study is few of the risk management of fourth party logistics.In order to avoid the operation risk,the enterprise should build its risk management system with the analysis and assessment of running fourth party logistics risk.Propose the relevant the concept for solving the major risk of running fourth party logistics.It would be helpful to provide the theory support to improve enterprise＇s capability of operation,organization,and earning.
