摘要 目的:了解沈阳市农村高中生心理健康状况。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对沈阳市康平县1 053名高中生进行心理问卷抽样调查。结果:沈阳市农村高中生SCL-90因子中强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑均值明显高于全国常模(P〈0.05或0.01)。男生的强迫、敌对、偏执、人际关系、精神病性因子分明显高于女生;而女生的抑郁、焦虑因子分明显高于男生(P〈0.05或0.01)。因子均值≥2分的检出率为17.22%~55.85%,农村高中生存在的主要心理问题是强迫、人际关系不良、偏执、敌对、抑郁和焦虑等。结论:农村高中生存在一定的心理健康问题,应该有针对性地加强心理健康教育。 Objective: To understand the mental health status of rural senior high school students in Shenyang city. Methods: The symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90) was used to conduct a sample survey of psychological questionnaire in 1 053 high school students in Kangping County of Shenyang. Results : The mean levels of force, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety of SCL-90 fac- tors in rural high school students in Shenyang city was significantly higher than that in the national norm (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01 ). Force, hostility, paranoia, interpersonal relationship, psychoticism factor points in boys was significantly higher than that in girls. And de- pression, anxiety factor points in girls was obviously higher than that in boys ( P〈0. 05 or 0. 01 ). Factor means more than 2 cent de- tection rate was 17. 22%-55.85%. The main psychological problems was forced, bad interpersonal relationship, paranoia, hostility, depression and anxiety. Conclusions: Rural high school students have some mental health problems, it should be targeted to strengthen the psychological health education.
