摘要
随着全球铁路现代化的发展,机车乘务员心理健康对铁路运输行车安全的影响逐渐引起人们的重视,本文对1994—2009年有关铁路机车乘务员心理健康研究进行综合阐述。围绕铁路机车乘务员工作性质、心理健康对行车安全的影响及影响因素进行总结,并在机车乘务员心理、生理健康控制措施方面提出了进一步研究思路。
With the global development of railway modernization,the effect of mental health of locomotive drivers on the safety of rail transport gradually attracts people＇s attention.This is a comprehensive review on the papers related mental health of locomotive drivers during 1994—2009,the work feature of locomotive drivers,the effect of mental health on traffic safety and their influencing factors were summarized in this paper,meanwhile,some psychological and physiological health control measures were also proposed for further research.
