摘要
建立微波酸溶电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定煤灰中硅、铝、铁、钙、镁、钾、钠、钛的方法.煤灰样品用硝酸+盐酸+氢氟酸+磷酸体系经微波消解后,用硼酸溶液分解氟化物沉淀,络合HF后定容,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定上述8种元素.结果表明,该法测定煤灰标准参考物质的结果与标准值一致,并且快速,相对标准偏差均小于5%.
A new method for the determination of Si, AI, Fe, Ca, Mg, K, Na and Ti in coal ash is applied using the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Digesting the coal ash with microwave digestion system using HNO3+HCl+HF+H3PO4. Add 2 mL boric acid solution is conducted to decompose the fluoride deposit. The eight elements is analyzed using the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The results are in good agreement with the certified values of coal ash standard handbook and the RSD is found to be below 5%. Based on these results, the method is believed to be applicable for the determination of the above specified elements in coal ash.
