液化天然气工厂热交换器结垢与腐蚀分析

摘要 通过对循环水系统水质和运行工况的监测,分析了液化天然气厂液化单元热交换器结垢与腐蚀产生的原因,对结垢与腐蚀的相互影响进行了探讨,并对流速、pH值、细菌、加药量等因素对热交换器结垢与腐蚀的影响进行分析,给出了解决方法与建议。 Through monitoring of water quality and operating conditions of circulating water system,the scaling and corrosion problems of heat exchanger in liquefaction unit of liquefied natural gas plant was analyzed and the interaction of scaling and corrosion was discussed.Influential factors on the heat exchanger such as flow velocity,pH,bacteria and inhibitor concentration are discussed.Solutions and suggestions were also provided.
