摘要
通过分析管料在镦锻过程中的直壁、鼓形和折叠3种基本内壁变形模式以及这些变形模式间的转化,得到了管料镦锻过程中产生缺陷的根本原因及其防止措施。根据管料弯曲变形的力学分析,导出了其全塑性弯曲的临界条件、壁厚镦锻比限制条件以及镦锻工步数的计算式。利用以上分析结果,以外加厚油管为实例,论述了管料头部镦锻成型工艺的编制方法和基本步骤,并设计出了平锻机上外加厚油管的镦锻模具,设计分析结果已应用于生产实践并取得了满意的效果。
Through analysis of tube in the process of upsetting straight wall,drum and folded three basic in wall deformation modes and between the deformation mode transformations,the reasons of the defects and prevention measures of the tube head upsetting process were obtained.According to mechanical analysis tube bending deformation derived its full plastic bending critical condition,wall thickness upsetting ratio limit conditions,and the upsetting step number calculation formula and other important process parameters.Using the above results,externally-upset tubing(EU)as an example,discusses the tube head upsetting forming process planning method and basic steps,designed for horizontal forging machine to externally-upset tubing upsetting die.Design and analysis of the results has been applied to production practice and achieved satisfactory effect.
