摘要
高职院校与行业企业合作共建实训基地是高职院校推动人才培养改革、提高实践教学质量的重要环节,是实现多方共赢、提升人才培养质量的重要途径。本文介绍了校企合作共建实训基地取得的成效,分析了共建实训基地运行中存在的问题,探索了共建实训基地可持续发展的运行机制。
Co-establishing practicing base of vocational colleges and enterprises is an important link to promote the reform of personnel training, improve the quality of practical teaching. It is also an important way to achieve win-win situation and to improve the quality of personnel training. This paper introduced the achievement sofco-establishing practising base of vocational colleges and enterprises, analyzed the problem sexisted in the operation of the construction, and explored the operating mechanism of the sustainable development to the practising base.
