摘要
语言沟通问题是历来听障教育研究的焦点,在大力发展听障者职业教育的今天,也同样是必须解决的关键问题。近年来的相关研究均把语言沟通作为听障者职业教育和就业的主要障碍,语言障碍不仅影响听障者的学习效果和技能的形成,对他们的择业心态、就业机会和业绩也产生极大的影响。因此,通过加强听障者的语言沟通训练,不仅可以让他们更好地融入社会,也可以让他们更好地自食其力、为社会作贡献。

Under rapidly, it is still a problem to resolve. In resent researches, which affects the hearing disabihties＇ learning effect and skill mastering. What＇s more, it also affects their mentality, opportunities, and achievement of occupation significantly. Therefore, it is the best way to help hearing disabilities integrating society and becoming a useful people for society by improving their language communication ability.
