摘要
通过分析"学生心理辅导工作坊"、"主题活动推广工作坊"、"就业支持工作坊"等主题工作坊设立的意义、组织形式以及学生参与过程、结果反馈,显示"主题工作坊"是做好新时期高职学生教育教学工作的有效载体,其在改进教师教育教学方法上具有指导作用,在激发学生发挥主观能动性,推动高职人才培养中具有积极意义。
Through analyzing the setting significance,organizing form and students＇ participating process and result feedback of some theme workshops,including ＂students＇ psychological counseling workshop＂,＂theme activity advancing workshop＂ and ＂employment supporting workshop＂,it shows that ＂theme workshop＂ is the effective carrier of educational teaching work for higher vocational students in the new period.It can guide teachers for improving educational teaching method and stimulate their subjective initiative,playing a positive role for advancing higher vocational talents＇ cultivation.
