摘要
针对工作面现场存在锚索预应力一次张拉到锚索设计锚固力的情况,对锚索预应力过大的弊端从理论方面进行了分析,并以斜沟煤矿水平大巷锚索断裂为例,说明锚索预应力过大造成的危害。结果表明:锚索张拉必须严格按照预应力施工,分次张拉,并对锚索钢绞线进行防腐处理,对巷道进行封闭,消除安全隐患。
Based on prestress anchoring force value tensioned to anchor cable design one time in working face, the disadvantages of large prestress was analyzed from the aspects of theory, and Xiegou Mine horizontal alleys anchor cable broken was taken as an example, with the explanation of the damage of overlarge of the prestress anchoring force. The results showed that the anchor cable tensioning prestressed construction must be in strict accordance with the split tension, and conduct preservative treatment of anchor cable steel strand, close the roadway and eliminate safety hidden trouble.
