摘要
依据王庄煤矿5218工作面地质条件,采用有限差分数值模拟软件FLAC3D研究了锚杆与锚索预紧力引起的巷道围岩应力场分布特征。结果表明:锚索预紧力过低时,锚索和锚杆联合支护产生应力场应力值小,形成的有效压应力区范围小且孤立分布,没有连成整体,主动支护效果差;锚索预紧力高时,锚索预紧力引起的巷道顶板应力场应力值大,形成的有效压应力区范围广,相互连接、叠加,形成有机的整体,主动支护作用得到充分发挥。
Based on the geological conditions of No.5218 working face of Wangzhuang Coal Mine,the FLAC3D modeling software of limited deferential value is employed to study the distribution characteristics of stress field of roadway rock formations caused by the pretension forces of bolts and bolting cables.The result shows: when the pretension force of bolting cables is too low,the positive support effect is not good as the stress value of the stress field formed by the combined support of bolts and bolting cables is very low and the range of effective stress area is relatively small and independent without forming an integrated body;while the role of positive support will be signified as the stress value of stress field of roadway roof caused by pretension force of bolting cables will be very high and a large range of effective stress area will be formed and an integrated body linking with each other will be established when the pretension forces of bolting cables is high enough.
