摘要
特应性皮炎的自然进程一直都是医师与患者所关心的课题。特应性皮炎的发病机制复杂，涉及遗传、免疫、环境及生活方式等多种因素，与皮肤屏障受损和免疫系统功能失调有关。特应性皮炎在发病年龄、病程、加重及缓解因素和对治疗的反应上都有个体差异。近年来，随着遗传学研究及临床大量回顾性研究进展，对特应性皮炎自然进程的认识更为全面，这有助于个体化治疗方案的制定与疗效评价。
The natural course of atopic dermatitis（AD） has been a key subject with major concerns of physicians and patients. The pathogenesis of AD is complicated, which is associated with genetic, immunological,environmental and lifestyle factors,resulting in skin barrier impairment and immune system dysfunction. Therefore, there are individual differences in the age of onset, duration, aggravation, prognostic factors for remission and response to treatment. In recent years, with evidence of genetic research and a large amount of clinical retrospective studies, we have a more comprehensive understanding of the natural course of AD, which will help develop individualized treatment and evaluation strategies.
