摘要 目的探讨小组教学模式在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法于2014年9月将本院的220名护生作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各110名。给予对照组传统带教方法进行指导,给予实验组小组学习模式进行带教,比较两组实习后的成绩。结果实验组的理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对教学模式的满意度和考核优秀率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用小组教学模式对手术室护生进行带教指导,可以有效地提高护生的成绩和带教老师的教学质量水平,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of small group teaching mode in operating room nursing teaching. Methods In September 2014,220 nursing students in our hospital were selected as study subjects and evenly divided into experiment group and the control group in random,with 110 cases in each group.The control group was guided using traditional teaching method,the experiment group was guided using small group teaching method.The performance after internship in two groups was compared. Results The theory test performance and operation test performance in experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.05).The teaching mode satisfaction and examination excellent rate in experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of small group teaching mode in the guidance of nursing students can effectively improve the nursing student's performance and the teaching quality level,it is worth popularization and application.
