摘要
目的 分析在精神病院男病区实施风险管理制度对护理工作的影响及效果。方法 根据入院时间,将患者分为观察组183例、对照组197例。对照组患者（2011年3月~2012年3月）实施一般管理制度,观察组患者（2012年4月~2013年4月）实施风险管理制度。比较两种制度的管理效果。结果 观察组患者的不良事件发生率为7.1%,显著低于对照组的17.8%（P〈0.05）;观察组患者家属对护理工作的总满意率（94.0%）高于对照组（77.7%）（P〈0.05）。结论 风险管理制度的落实,对于提高精神病院管理水平,尤其对降低男病区内的不良事件发生率具有显著效果,且管理过程更加人性化,提高了患者依从性以及家属的满意度。
Objective To analyze the influence and effect for nursing work of risk management system conducted in male ward in mental hospital. Methods Patients were divided into observation group （n=183） and control group （n=197） according to their admission time.The patients in control group （from March 2011 to March 2012） were given routine management system and patients in observation group （from April 2012 to April 2013） were given risk management system. Management effect of two kinds of management system was compared. Results The incidence rate of adverse event in observation group （7.1%） was significantly lower than that of control group （17.8%） （P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of family of patients for nursing job in observation group （94.0%） was significantly higher than that of control group （77.7%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the risk management system has significant effect on improve the mental hospital management level,especially for decreasing the incidence rate of adverse event in male psychiatric ward.And the management process is more human that it improves the compliance of patients and the satisfaction degree of family.
