摘要
目的 探讨瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 选取我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的冠心病患者138例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各69例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上应用阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,15 d后观察两组治疗效果和心功能评级。结果 治疗组总有效率为97.10%,对照组总有效率为81.16%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组心功能分级总有效率为95.65%,对照组为78.26%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在常规治疗的基础上应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗效果明显,心功能分级明显提高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 138 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 69 patients in each group.The controi group was given atorvastatin treatment on the basis of conventional treatment and the treatment group was given rosuvastatin treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effects and cardiac function grading between two groups 15 days later was observed respectively. Results The total ef- fective rate of treatment group was 97.10% and that of control group was 81.16%,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Re- garding to the cardiac function grading,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.65% and that of control group was 78.26%,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of rosuvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment shows obvious effect and improves the cardiac function grading,which is worthy of clinical promotion and ap- plication.
