摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗高血压心脏病室性期前收缩的临床效果,为临床工作者提供参考。方法回顾性分析2014年1~12月我院收治的80例高血压心脏病室性期前收缩患者的临床资料。随机将患者分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）,观察组患者接受美托洛尔和稳心颗粒治疗,对照组患者单用美托洛尔,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%（P〈0.05）。两组患者的药物不良反应均比较轻微,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗高血压心脏病室性期前收缩的效果显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with Wenxin particle in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction of hypertensive heart disease to provide reference for clinical workers. Methods Clin- ical data of 80 patients with ventricular premature contraction of hypertensive heart disease treated in our hospital from January to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Patients were randomly divided into control group （n=40） and treatment group （n=40）.Patients in observation group were given metoprolol combined with Wenxin particle,while pa- tients in control group were only given metoprolol.The clinical effect between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group （92.50%） was significantly higher than that of control group （75.00%） （P〈0.05）. The adverse drug reaction in two groups were minor, and the difference had no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Con- clusion Metoprolol combined with Wenxin particle has significant effect treatingventricular premature contraction of hypertensive heart disease,and has little adverse.It is worthy of promotion and application.
