摘要
目的研究丹珍头痛胶囊联合加巴喷丁治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法选取2014年10~11月在九江学院附属医院就诊的偏头痛患者126例,将其随机分为实验组与对照组,各63例。对照组患者仅使用加巴喷丁治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合丹珍头痛胶囊治疗,均治疗4周,随访3个月。比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为92.06%,高于对照组的69.84%（χ2=3.97,P〈0.05）。结论丹珍头痛胶囊联合加巴喷丁治疗偏头痛的效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Danzhen headache capsule combined with gabapentin treating gmigraine. Methods 126 patients with migraine treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang College from October to November 2014 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group （n=63） and control group （n=63）. Patients in control group were only given gabapentin,while patients in experimental group were given Danzhen headache capsule on the basis of control group.All patients were treated for 4 months and followed up for 3 months.Treatment ef- fect and incidence of adverse reaction between two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate in experimental group （92.06%） was higher than that of control group （69.84%） （X2=3.97,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ef- fect of Danzhen headache capsule combined with gabapentin treating gmigraine is significant.
