摘要
目的:观察头痛宁联合西比灵防治偏头痛临床疗效。方法:52例随机分为两组,治疗组26例用头痛宁配合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,对照组26例仅用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗2个月后,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果:总有效率治疗组84.6%,对照组57.7%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头痛宁配合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛临床疗效较好。
Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effects of capsule Toutongning associated with flunarizine on migraine.Methods： We recruit 52 walk-in patients with migraine in Jiujiang Chinese medicine hospital between February, 2010 and December, 2012, averagely divide into two groups by a randomization table, Patients in the treated group receive both capsule Toutongning and flunarizine tablet per day, taken capsule Toutongning three times a day, 3 capsules each time, and taken flunarizine tablet 5 mg each time once night.Patients in the control group were administrated flunarizine tablet 5 mg each time once night.All patients were administrated medicine for 2 months.compare therapeutic effects and adverse reaction between both groups.Results： The total effective rate in the treated group is 84.6% and control groups is 57.7%, the difference between the treated groups and the control group was significant （P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion： Capsule Toutongning associated with flunarizine is safe and effective for the prophylaxis treatment of migraine.
