摘要
目的探讨荆芥炭方联合雷公藤多苷片治疗进行性色素性紫癜性皮肤病的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月我院收治的100例进行性色素性紫癜性皮肤病患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予肝素钠乳膏治疗,观察组给予荆芥炭方联合雷公藤多苷片治疗。每组患者均进行为期1个月的治疗。治疗1个月后,比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果对照组的总有效率为64%,观察组为86%,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组（χ2=6.4533,P=0.011）。对照组中共有18例患者发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为36%,观察组中共有9例发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为18%,观察组患者的不良反应发生情况明显低于对照组（χ2=4.1096,P=0.043）。结论荆芥炭方联合雷公藤多苷片治疗进行性色素性紫癜性皮肤病,不仅具有显著的临床效果,还具有较高的安全性,具有较高的临床价值,可考虑被广泛应用于该病的治疗中。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Carbonized catnip prescription combined with Tripterygium gly- cosides tablet in the treatment of progressive pigmentary purpuric dermatosis. Methods One hundred patients with pro- gressive pigmentary purpuric dermatosis admitted into our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random allocation principle, and there were 50 patients in each group.Control group was given heparin sodium cream treatment and observation group was given Carbonized catnip prescription combined with Tripterygium glycosides tablet treatment.Both groups of patients were treated for 1 month.After 1 moth treatment,the clinical treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reaction between two group groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of control group was 64% and that of observation group was 86%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the clinical effect （X2=6.4533,P=0.011）.Adverse reactions occurred in 18 patients of control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 36% in patients of control group,and adverse reaction occurred in 9 patients of observation group,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 18%,the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group in the occurrence rate of adverse reaction （X2=4.1096,P=0.043）. Conclusion Carbonized catnip prescription combined with Tripterygium glycosides tablet in the treatment of progressive pigmentary purpuric dermatosis not only shows remark- able treatment effect,but also has a higher safety and clinical value,which can be widely used in the clinical treatment of progressive pigmentary purpuric dermatosis.
