摘要
目的研究中药萝芙木中的化学成分。方法采用ODS开口柱色谱、Sephadex-LH20柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱分离纯化萝芙木根茎的70%乙醇提取物中的化学成分,根据波谱数据行结构鉴定。结果分离得到了17个化合物,通过理化性质、MS、UV、NMR等光谱手段,对17个化合物进行了鉴定。结论成功地对17个化合物进行了结构鉴定,为进一步开发利用该植物资源提供了科学依据。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine Rauvolfia.Methods ODS open column chromatography,Sephadex-LH20 column chromatography and silica gel column chromatography were employed for separation and purification of the chemical constituents of 70% ethanol extract from the root and stem of Rauvolfia.Its structure identification was made on the basis of spectral data.Results Altogether 17 compounds were isolated and identified through the physical and chemical properties,MS,UV,NMR and other spectroscopic methods.Conclusion The structures of 17 compounds are identified successfully,which provides a scientific basis for further development and utilization of the plant resources.
