摘要
目的了解深圳市宝安区心理危机干预热线求助电话的特征。方法对深圳市宝安区心理健康热线2011年11月~2013年12月的581例有效来电进行回顾性分析。结果来电求助者主要特征为男性(58.5%)、19~38岁青年(87.3%)、初高中学历(63.2%)、本区居民(80.9%);主要求助问题为婚姻、情感问题(39.9%)、神经症或其他一般心理问题(26.5%),不同性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况和职业求助者的主要求助问题不同(P〈0.05);有5.2%的求助者报告了自杀意念。结论心理热线和健康指导工作应根据来电人群和求助问题的特征进行有针对性的调整。
Objective To known the characteristics of help-seeking telephone of psychological crisis intervention hot- line in Bao'an district of Shenzhen City. Methods From November 2011 to December 2013,581 effective calls via psy- chological healthy hotline in Bao'an district of Shenzhen City were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main charac- teristics of callers were male (58.5%),young people at ages of 19 to 38 years old (87.3%),middle and high school educa- tion (63.2%),and local residents (80.9%).The main help-seeking problems included marriage and emotional problems (39.9%) and neurosis and other general psychological problems (26.5%).The principal help-seeking problems were dif- ferent based on different gender, age,education level,marital status and occupation supplicants (P〈0.05).5.2% callers were reported with suicide ideation. Conclusion The psychconsultant hotline and health guidance should be adjusted on target based on the characteristics of population of callers and help-seeking problems.
