摘要
选取新宾县15个乡镇政府、社会群众、农业人员为社会满意度调查研究对象,发放450份调查问卷,研究决策、公众、农业气象服务现状。利用统计分析、选取评估方程建立效益评估模型,来定量评估气象服务经济效益,同时给出2014年新宾县开展"三农"专项建设气象服务效益经济产出值。
Four hundreds and fifty questionnaires were handed out among governments, citizens, and peasants in 15 towns of Xinbin County for the inves- tigation of social satisfaction, so as to study the policy-making, public, and a- gricultural meteorological services. The benefit evaluation model was established using statistical analysis and evaluation equation, so as to evaluate economic benefits of meteorological services quan- titatively, and calculate the economic output of meteorological services in the specialized construction of ＂agriculture, rural areas and peasants＂ in Xinbin County in 2014.
