摘要
采用纳米二氧化硅改性的羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)-聚乙烯醇(PVA)/壳聚糖(CS)-PVA双极膜作为电槽隔膜,成对合成丁二酸和对氯苯甲醛。结果表明,最佳的合成条件为:电流密度60 m A/cm2,阴极室中硫酸浓度1.0 mol/L,对氯甲苯与Mn3+的摩尔比为4∶1。
The carboxymethyl cellulose ( CMC )-polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA )/chitosan ( CS )-PVA bipolar membrane ( BPM) was modified by nano silicon dioxide. Then the modified BPM was used as electrolytic cell septum to synthesize succinic acid and p-chlorobenzaldehyde. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were as following:current density was 60 mA/cm2 , sulfuric acid concentration in the cathode chamber was 1. 0 mol/L,the molar ratio of p-chlorotoluene to Mn3+ was 4∶1.
