摘要
适应经营环境的变化,企业利用各种关系结成网络组织,并通过自身规模的调整来适应网络组织的发展。然而有效的网络组织规模本身也存在度的问题,它形成了企业规模调整的前提与基础。企业规模与网络组织规模在实现网络组织效率的过程中究竟存在着怎样的关系,目前尚未得到充分的关注和研究。文中就企业"结网"前后企业规模究竟发生了哪些变化、网络组织规模如何影响企业规模以及如何有效实现企业规模与网络组织规模的协同发展三个问题进行分析。
With the change of the circumstance, an enterprise is looking for the new development style. At the present, the enterprise overrides the constraint of the scale, constructs the network with other enterprises through all kinds of relationships and adjusts the scale according to the change of network. This paper discusses the following three questions： What change has happened before and after the enterprise enters the network？ How does the network affect the enterprise size？ How do the network and enterprise develop together？
