摘要
在分析组织公平与组织效率之间关系的基础上,指出组织公平的实质是基于纳什原则的网络可行性治理结构,并以我国地方产业集群升级为例探讨了组织公平的应用问题。
The paper analyzes the relation between organization equity and organization efficiency, and points out the essence of organization equity is the governance structure of inter - firm networks based on Nash equilibrium, and then discusses its applicable value with the example of industrial clusters upgrade in China.
