摘要
主要运用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,对开放式炼胶机的废橡胶粉碎过程进行实验研究,建立粉碎过程的正交回归模型,并进行计算。获得不同目数下生产胶粉的最佳辊筒间距和最佳辊筒速比等工艺参数,为规模化生产胶粉和粉碎设备的设计提供实验依据。
The quadratic rotation-orthogonal regression design theory is used to study the rubber crushing processes of the mill,and the regression models of crushing processes are built and calculated by the experimental research. We obtain the best parameters about the different meshes of the rubber,such as the roller gap and the roller speed ratio. The results provide the experimental evidences for producing the rubber-crumb and the mill in large scale.
