响应面法优化大别山松针黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:9

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Flavonoids from Pine Needles in Dabie Mountains by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为探讨松针黄酮的最佳提取工艺,科学开发大别山野生松针资源,采用单因素试验筛选乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度以及料液比等关键影响因素,以总黄酮得率为响应值设计响应面优化试验优化大别山野生松针中黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为提取温度80℃、提取时间100 min、料液比1∶32(g∶m L)、乙醇体积分数55%,该条件下总黄酮得率可达3.01%,其中料液比对总黄酮得率影响最为显著。 In order to investigate the extraction technology of flavonoids from pine needles in Dabie Mountains,the effects of key factors,such as ethanol concentration,extraction time,temperature and solid-liquid ratio on the yield of flavonoids were studied based on single factor test,and the extraction technolo-gy was further optimized by response surface optimization test.The optimum extraction technology of fla-vonoids from pine needles was extraction temperature of 80℃,extraction time of 100 min,solid-liquid ra-tio of 1∶32,ethanol concentration of 55%,and solid-liquid ratio had the greatest influence on the yield of flavonoids.Under these conditions,the yield of flavonoids was 3.01%.
