摘要
采用氨基酸自动分析仪法检测氨基酸;采用高效液相色谱法测定维生素;应用等离子发射光谱法测定矿质元素对松针汁的营养成分进行分析及评价以及用松针汁对小白鼠的功能进行研究.结果表明:松针汁中总氨基酸含量为0.85 g/L,氨基酸种类达18种,β-胡萝卜素,VE,VB1,VB2等维生素含量高,人体需要的大量元素K、Mg、Ca、Na、P含量较高,松针汁可促进小鼠机体的代谢作用,促进机体发育,增强机体耐力.含有丰富的氨基酸和较合理的比例及独特的维生素和矿质元素,可以对机体需要作适当补充.
This paper conducted an analysis and assessment on the nutrient composition of pine needle juice and its function on mice. It automatically detected its amino acids by an amino acid analyzer, determined its vitamins by using HPLC method and determined its mineral elements by the application of plasma emission spectrometry. Results show that the total amino acid content of pine needle juice is 0. 85 g/L, its amino acid types are 18, and its β-carotene and vitamin contents such as VE, VB1, VB2 are quite rich, with a large number of human-needing elements like K, Mg, Ca, Na and P content. Pine needle juice can stimulate the body of the mouse to metabolize, promote the body development and enhance body endurance. Pine needle juice has rich amino acids with a more reasonable proportion; it has unique vitamins and mineral elements the body needs
