郑州地区21个梨品种评价 被引量:7

Evaluation on 21 Pear Cultivars in Zhengzhou

摘要 以近年来引进和原产郑州地区的21个梨品种为供试材料,对单果质量、果实形状和果皮颜色等12个外观品质指标,以及果实硬度、可溶性固形物等11个内在品质指标进行了测定和分析,并结合抗逆性和产量进行综合评价。结果表明,筛选出了适合河南省发展的10个梨品种,包括中梨1号、黄冠和红茄3个早熟品种,圆黄、华山、初夏绿、玉露香和秋月5个中熟品种,晚秀和红香酥2个中晚熟品种。在生产中可以选择不同成熟期的优良梨品种搭配种植。 The external qualities including 12 indicators such as single fruit weight,fruit shape and peel color and so on,and inner qualities including 11 indicators such as fruit hardness,soluble solids and so on,of 21 pear cultivars introduced or originated in Zhengzhou recently,were measured and analyzed,and the 21 pear cultivars were evaluated based on the above indexes and stress tolerance,yield.The results showed that 10 pear cultivars were screened including three early-mature cultivars such as Zhongli No.1, Huangguan and Hongqie,five middle-mature cultivars such as Yuanhuang,Huashan,Chuxialu,Yuluxiang and Qiuyue,two middle and latter-mature cultivars such as Wanxiu and Hongxiangsu,which were suitable for development in Henan province.In practice,some pear cultivars with different mature stages may be collocated to plant.
