摘要
对从泰国引种至中国热带农业科学院南亚热带作物研究所的12个菠萝品种进行了果实品质分析比较,以品种的单果重、可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖、可滴定酸和维生素C含量等5个指标作为评价目标,采用"合理-满意度"和多维价值理论的合并规则进行综合比较分析,分别得出各品种品质的合成"合理-满意度",筛选出适合广东湛江及其周边地区栽培的鲜食品种为Phetchaburi#2和Puket,加工品种为Nanglae和Chantaburi。
An evaluation was carried out on fruit quality of 12 pineapple cultivars introduced from Thailand and planted in Guangdong Province. Based on 5 factors including weight of per fruit, the contents of total soluble solids, total sugar, titratable acidity and vitamin C, the fruit qualities were comprehensively assessed with the rationalization-satisfaction index and the consolidating rule of multidimensional value theory.Complex rationalizationsatisfaction index of per cuhivar was got.The results showed that fresh cultivars(Phetchaburi#2 and Puket), and processing cultivars(Nanglae and Chantaburi)could grpw well in Guangdong Province and the vicinities.
