摘要
作为一种高效、低碳、节能的非热加工高新技术,辐照加工在防控烟叶和卷烟虫霉危害方面具有良好效果。综述了辐照加工对烟叶和卷烟质量的影响,并分析评价了其安全性。表明适宜剂量的辐照对烟叶和卷烟的化学成分和感官质量无明显不利影响,且可以降低烟叶和卷烟烟气中的微量有害成分,提高卷烟的安全性。
Irradiation as an efficient,low-carbon and energy-saving no-heating technology,has a high efficiency in controlling pests and mold of tobacco leaves and cigarettes.We review the effects of irradia-tion on quality of tobacco leaves and cigarettes,and appraise its safety.Right dose of irradiation does not have any disadvantage to chemical components and sensory quality of tobacco leaves and cigarettes.More-over,right dose of irradiation can reduce harmful ingredients of tobacco leaves and cigarettes smoke,and simultaneously increase the safety of cigarettes.
