摘要
自党的十八以后,党中央从全局和战略的高度出发"把立德树人作为教育的根本任务",《教育部关于深化职业教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的若干意见(征求意见稿)》也提出"坚持立德树人、全面发展"的原则,这为各级职业院校的德育工作指明了方向。幼专学校可以通过学科教学、主题班会、社团实践、人文环境和完善评价体系等途径,有效转变幼专学校德育工作目标划一、忽略个性、注重说教、实效性不强的现状。

Young professional schools can, by the way of teaching school, class meetings, corporate practices, human environment and the evaluation system, effectively change the situation of ignoring personality, focusing on preaching and inef- fectiveness.
