鼻肠管空肠营养和经皮胃肠造瘘空肠营养在危重患者中的应用效果对比 被引量:2

Clinical effects comparison of nasojejunal tube feeding and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy in the treatment of critically ill patients

摘要 目的考察鼻肠管空肠营养和经皮胃肠造瘘空肠营养在危重患者中的应用效果。方法将80例需要营养支持的危重症患者随机分为鼻肠管组(NTF组)和胃肠造瘘组(PEG组),每组40例。NTF组接受鼻肠管空肠营养治疗,PEG组接受经皮胃肠造瘘空肠营养治疗。比较两组患者一次性置管成功率、操作时间、营养指标变化和并发症发生率。结果两组患者一次性置管成功率和操作时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。胃肠造瘘组淋巴细胞数目、血红蛋白、总蛋白和白蛋白水平显著高于鼻肠管组(P<0.01)。胃肠造瘘组患者并发症发生率显著低于鼻肠管组(P<0.05)。结论经皮胃肠造瘘空肠营养应用于危重患者的治疗效果优于鼻肠管空肠营养,且不良反应发生率更低,具有临床应用价值。 ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effects of nasojejunal tube feeding (NTF) and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) in the treatment of critically ill patients.MethodsA total of 80 critically ill patients were randomly divided into NTF group and PEG group, 40 patients in each group. The cannulation success rate, operative time, nutrition indicators and complications rate were compared between two group.ResultsThere was no significantly difference of cannulation success rate and operative time between two groups (P〉0.05). The number of lymphocytes, hemoglobin, total protein and albumin level in PEG group was significantly higher than those in NTF group (P〈0.01). The complication rate in PEG group was significantly less than that in NTF group (P〈0.05).ConclusionPercutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy used in the treatment of criticaly ill patients can significantly improve the nutrition of patients and decrease complication rate, makes it worth for clinical application.
