经鼻空肠管早期肠内营养对呼吸功能衰竭患者的疗效 被引量：5

摘要 呼吸功能衰竭患者需要行机械通气不能正常经口进食，常导致营养不良而影响康复，甚至引起其他并发症。呼吸科危重症患者小肠功能往往恢复较早，因此目前提倡可早期给予患者肠内营养（EN）治疗。为此，本研究拟探讨经鼻空肠管早期肠内营养（EEN）对呼吸功能衰竭患者的临床疗效，为其临床应用提供参考。
