椭圆食粉螨主要发育期的形态学观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的用光学显微镜观察椭圆食粉螨主要发育期的形态特征。方法采集一面粉厂的面粉灰尘样品,分离孳生螨,纯化后清洗,制备标本玻片,光学显微镜下观察椭圆食粉螨主要发育期的形态特征。结果光镜下见椭圆食粉螨雄性成螨呈白色,有光泽;螯肢粗壮,足4对,均呈深棕色;体椭圆,背上着生4对刚毛。肛门两侧着生1对圆形的肛门吸盘,其前方着生一对肛前毛。肛门后着生3对肛后毛。雌性成螨肛门孔周围有肛毛4对,肛后毛2对。幼螨足3对,后半体发育不完全,外生殖器尚未发育,有1对长的肛后毛。卵椭圆形,白色或乳白色,半透明。结论用光学显微镜能够清晰观察到椭圆食粉螨的主要发育期的形态特征,可为该螨的形态学鉴定提供实验依据。 Objective This study used a light microscope to observe the external morphology of Aleuroglyphus ovatus in its major stages of development. Methods Flour samples were obtained from a flour mill,and mites were separated by rinsing away flour.After glass slides were prepared,specimens were observed with a light microscope. Results Under the light microscope,the adult male Aleuroglyphus ovatus exhibited a bright white idiosoma,with thick and sturdy chelicerae and 4pairs of dark brownish legs.The idiosoma is oval in shape,with 4pairs of setae from the back.There is1 pair of round suckers on both sides of the anus,with 1pair of preanal setae in front and 3pairs of postanal setae behind.The adult female mite bears 4pairs of setae and 2pairs of postanal setae surrounding the anus.The larva has 3pairs of legs,an underdeveloped hysterosoma,undeveloped genitals,and 1pair of long postanal setae.The egg is oval in shape,white or milk-white in color,and semitransparent. Conclusion Examination on the morphology of Aleuroglyphus ovatus in its major stages of development will provide experimental evidence for identification of this mite.
