OPCABG紧急中转体外循环的危险因素及预后分析

摘要
与体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植(ONCABG)术相比,非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植(OPCABG)术的手术风险和术后并发症发生率更低。但OPCABG术中易发生血流动力学变化,20%左右的患者需术中中转ONCABG完成心肌血管重建。
